Secret No. 1: Lemon Water ( Not Juice )
Yes, you heard it exactly right. I am talking about lemon water, not lemon juice. As far as you know, lemon has several good properties that help in burning excess fat. But why am I telling you not to have lemon juice but to have lemon water for weight maintenance?
The answer is really simple that if you want to balance your weight you need to opt-out of sugar as well.

Now let’s get back to the lemon water. The journey of weight maintenance starts with cutting your sugar intake. Sugar in excess amounts is never a good thing for your body and as you know that sugar is the main reason why there are millions of people in the USA suffering from diabetes and other Complex and lifelong problems. This is just because of their sweet tooth.
But you can opt-out of your sugar intake or if you cannot live without sugar then please try to cut the consumption by half or by 1/4th.
Now talking about lemon, we all know that lemon has Fat burning properties and if you are suffering from excess fat and also started going to the gym then let me tell you that having one glass of 1 lemon in a full glass of warm water can help you lose that fat.

Secret No. 2: Exercise Time = 1/4th of Desk Time
I know that the increase in technology use has decreased our physical activity. But do you know that after a long decades of a desk job, you are likely to have symptoms of gangrene because continuously sitting on the same desk every day without any physical activity leads to fluid accumulation in that particular part, and if it is continued for more than 10 to 12 years or even sometimes 5 years it will lead to gangrene formation?
See I’m not saying that all desk jobs are leading to gangrene but what I meant to say is lack of physical activity even when you know that you have to sit on the same chair for years for your work.
In my family, I have found that those who are retired after long decades of Desk jobs lack physical activity. They had problems like excessive gas and gangrene as well.
If you will not do any kind of physical activity and will continue sitting on the same desk every day then there are chances of fluid accumulation in your leg and hips area that may lead to Gangrene formation or in other words that it may deteriorate your muscles after a long time and believe there is no such medicine that can cure this kind of gangrene.
But you can save yourself from this by doing physical activity. It doesn’t matter if it’s the gym or just walking or some of the warm-up exercises that I mentioned in my previous articles.
You can take out just 25% of the total time of your desk job to do a little bit of physical activity just like stretching for running or even walking that can save you from fluid accumulation in your muscles.
We all know that physical activity also burns fat but here to save you all from the Gangrene, I kept it as a bonus point.
Secret No. 3: Take enough Sleep
Get enough sleep and exercise. Including both of these in your lifestyle will help keep you from having to make poor eating choices And because of physical activity, you will burn your fat and also you will get a good amount of sleep.
Secret No. 4: Stop Junk food
I know this is not a secret anymore as I have talked about how junk food is ruining your health and making your tummy a tank of fat.
You can check out the scientific reasons about why I don’t recommend eating junk food while you are in a period of gymming. Because they have a high amount of bad cholesterol.
Eating junk food not only causes excess storage of fat but also causes deadly diseases like atherosclerosis and sometimes heart attack in the future.
Secret No. 5: Daily Diet

You need to know how much of what you eat is necessary, which foods work best for you, and which foods provide the most calories. The Thumb Rule is to avoid junk food and the second rule is to eat food with polyunsaturated fatty acid.

I will talk about polyunsaturated fatty acids in a very brief way. The name itself tells that the fatty acid or the fat is unsaturated, which means that it will be burned out by the body.
You can also consider it as polyunsaturated fatty acid are digested by the body but if you eat food with saturated fatty acid like junk food then these fatty acid are not digested properly and hence stored in our body as fat so avoiding the junk food and picking up the right one is also the secret of maintaining weight.
