A healthy and happy life doesn’t just happen.

Everybody has to work for it, in their own way.

Welcome again to my Blogspot. Today I have something which is a very common topic and Everybody has their own opinions on this particular topic. As you know I simplify very complex terminologies which are being taught in the medical and pharmacy field and that are not easily understood by common people. That’s why I write Simplified articles based on very complex terminologies, diseases, and pure tips For diet and nutrition.

If you are new to my website then please make sure you explore it properly and try to read each section Because in every section I have classified some of the most undervalued topics which you should get to know.

So today whatever I am explaining is a very broad topic and there is no single measurement on which you are living a healthy and happy life. Living a happy and healthy life has several measurements to be considered.

In this blog, I will try to cover some of the scientific reasons and tips and also some of the spiritual tips from Bhagavad Gita. Don’t consider this article as any kind of promotion of something. Whatever I will be telling here is not copied from any other website by modifying the original texts but this is my personal experience of whatever will be shared here.

As I have experience with both spiritual and scientific sides of Living a healthy and happy life I would be happy to share the knowledge which I obtained from old volumes like Ayurveda and many other books.

What is a healthy life?

It costs zero money to have a healthy life. I am not here to tell you about what you should do to live a healthy life and I’m pretty sure that you already know how to take care of yourself and your body. But there I am going to tell you about what I meant by living a healthy life.

Health is not something related just to your body but It includes your social life and your mental behavior.

I am not going to make it more Complex for you but I will make it easily understandable as I had a chapter named Health when I was studying for my Bachelor of Pharmacy back in 2020 When the Covid-19 was all around the World.

There are Three Types of health. 1st is Physical health, second is your mental health and the third one is your social health.

What I mean by physical health is, your body is free from any kind of disease. Now that seems to be a little impossible and impractical because not everybody has a complete human body. We all have some defects or disabilities or any kind of problems which stay with us throughout life. For example, we may have any kind of allergy to some kind of food like bread or peanut butter. So if you eat them by mistake you are making your health worse. So can I say that your body is allergic to bread or peanut butter so you are not healthy at all? Of course not because I cannot add you to the unhealthy category because you have an allergy to something. Because if it’s food then you can avoid eating it for better health. Secondly, suppose you are a person with a disability then are you unhealthy? No, because I cannot add you to the unhealthy category because you are a person with a disability. I am not insulting anybody’s disabilities but I am trying to encourage you that having a body disability does not mean you are unhealthy.

Then you must be thinking about what I mean by Health?

The answer is really simple about the health definition and that is Body free from any kind of disease or bad thoughts or bad company.

Types Of Health

  1. Physical Health

As I mentioned earlier that if your body is free from any kind of disease condition then I can tell that you are healthy but if you have any disease like diabetes that stays for the rest of your life that does not put you in the category of Unhealthy (read again).

Physical health is all about having a positive mindset toward your body. Physical health means you are accepting that your body matters. Get fit every day by doing exercises and eating healthy food. Physical health is obtained by daily exercises and eating healthy food. If you can do daily routine work without any kind of problem to your body then Congratulations you are under the Healthy Category.

You are what you eat. It’s a fact, even if you don’t like hearing it. If you eat crap, then that’s what your body is going to look like. The healthier your diet, the healthier your body will be and the happier you’ll feel overall.

We all know how difficult it is to eat healthy foods all of the time; it takes commitment, preparation, and planning. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Why not try some of these tips to take a load off of your busy schedule and make your body happier and healthier at the same time?

We all love sweet treats and sugar can be hard to give up, but it’s the best thing you can do for yourself. Sugar is in so much food now that you have to look carefully just to find foods that don’t contain it. It also causes the production of insulin in the body, which we all know is not such a great thing.

If you just can’t give up sugar, at least try to cut it down. Start by eliminating sodas and juices from your diet first. These are guaranteed sources that will get you hooked on that sweet stuff if you’re not careful.

A good way to start is by replacing these sugary treats with healthy foods that will curb your cravings and help you feel satisfied.

If you know which food you must eat to live a physically healthy life then you don’t have to worry about anything else because you have accepted your body type and you are trying not to make your health worse by eating anything which should be avoided.

Apart from this, you should know the importance of exercise. If you want to know more about which kind of exercises are beneficial for you then make sure you check out my website’s health and fitness section.

Exercise can help relieve stress, increase energy levels and boost mood.

A 20-minute daily walk may be all that’s needed to help make you feel happier, less stressed, and more energized all day long.

Staying active will also help you live a healthier lifestyle by reducing the risk of high blood pressure, obesity, and heart disease.

Being active is also important for mental health. When people exercise they produce endorphins which positively impact their mood and physical health.

2. Mental Health

According to Ayurveda, We humans are actually what we think in our minds. If you keep saying that I am not healthy and I don’t feel good then you will not feel good in reality even if you don’t have any problems in your body.

It’s normal human nature that we avoid food while we are angry with our wife or husband. But anger is the state of mind which is keeping us away from eating food and if you don’t eat for like 2 or 3 days just because of anger then you probably know that you will feel weak.

Now what I want to explain is that our mental health also determines our Physical health.

Then how to take care of your mental health to stay fit?

I’ll highlight some steps you can take towards maintaining good mental health.

1) Develop a Plan

Set aside time every day to focus on yourself. This can take a few different forms, but the essential point is that you should structure your day so that you can make yourself a priority. Make time for hobbies or exercise — anything to put you in charge of your well-being. At work, try setting aside time each morning to plan out the day’s tasks and delegate certain responsibilities so that you don’t end up bouncing from one task to another. At school, try asking your teacher to take over a certain class and work with her to find the best ways in which you can make your independent learning more efficient.

2) Maintain Your Health

Mental illness can be an insidious disease. You may feel fine one day, and then the next day you may be at your worst. This is because depression and other mental illnesses are triggered by a mismatch between your brain chemistry and various stressors in your life. The only way to prevent this is to keep yourself physically healthy.

This doesn’t mean you should neglect your health, but it does mean that you can lower your risk of getting sick. Eat a balanced diet and get regular exercise. Maintain a healthy weight, and speak to your doctor about any medication you’re taking so that you can avoid negative side effects and find the right dose.

3) Seek Support

No person knows what they’re going through better than another, so don’t be afraid to reach out for support when you need it.

3. Social Health

Social health means you should stay with the person who is suitable for your physical state and mental state. If you are staying with a person who is angry all the time or irritated all the time then you are not in a healthy life because it will affect your health as well.

Get a good company that helps you to build your mindset in a good way and also helps you to maintain your physical health.

Don’t Stay With toxic people who always have a problem with everything. If you don’t find any kind of people as I mentioned above then it is recommended that you should stay alone because it is beneficial than staying in the wrong company.

Health and Happiness

A healthy Man is always a Happy Man. If you are physically and mentally as well as socially healthy, there is no chance of being unhappy at all.

But we have connected our happiness with materials. I mean that any kind of phone or ice cream that makes you happy is the reason why you will not be happy at all. Suppose you want an iPhone desperately and you don’t get a chance to get that brand new iPhone so you get sad even if you are physically or mentally or socially healthy.

What I mean is if you want to be happy then don’t connect your happiness with anything. I am not saying that you should not connect your happiness with the people you love. Of course, they are the reason for your happiness and healthy life as well. But if you feel sad just because you will not get that iPhone or favorite food then this will create a problem with happiness because if you don’t get it then it will make you unhappy.

According to Saints, Happiness is the state of mind. It is not an iPhone or an ice cream that is making you happy. I am not against the iPhone but I am against connecting your happiness with any kind of material or device.

Happiness should be without any reason. Happiness is a very precious state which is free but valuable. If you want to be happy, connect your happiness with the people you love to hang out with. Because those are the people that will make you healthy and happy as well.

So don’t get materials to make yourself happy but appreciate small things and small efforts by the people you love in life. So Stay Happy always without any reason 🙂
